What We Provide

What You Provide
- Your own advertising and lead gen — all costs are yours (job boards, ads, SMS/email tools, landing pages, etc.)
- Your own setup — tools, accounts, and workflows you manage yourself
- Equipment — your own phone/VoIP number, reliable internet, and a computer to work on
- Business setup — form a business in your state and obtain an EIN at IRS.gov
We do not provide leads.
Compensation
- 80% commission per placement
- 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes and bookkeeping)
