What You Provide

  • Your own advertising and lead gen — all costs are yours (job boards, ads, SMS/email tools, landing pages, etc.)

  • Equipment — your own phone/VoIP number, reliable internet, and a computer to work on
  • Business setup — form a business in your state and obtain an EIN at IRS.gov

3. How do I get paid, and how much can I earn?

Recruiters are paid weekly commissions for each worker hired. Payouts typically range between $800–$3000+ per hire, depending on the employer. There’s no cap — the more you place, the more you earn.

4. Do I need to provide my own leads?

Yes. As a contract recruiter, you’re expected to find your own leads. However, we provide access to a database of 250,000+ drivers and trades workers to help you get started.

5. What kind of training and tools are included?

You’ll get full onboarding, recruiter training, employer overview materials, job feed access, job ad templates, social media flyers, and a dashboard to track progress.

6. How soon can I start earning commissions?

Most recruiters start earning within 2–4 weeks. Once your recruited worker is hired and confirmed, your payout hits the next commission cycle (typically Thursday).

7. Can I do this part-time?

Yes. You can start part-time and transition to full-time. Our flexible system allows you to work as little or as much as you want — from anywhere.

8. Do I need to register a business?

Once you move into full-time recruiting, we recommend registering a sole proprietorship or LLC in your state. We can help walk you through that setup when you’re ready.

9. Do you cross-sell candidates between recruiters?

No. Once you submit a candidate, they’re locked to your account. We never cross-sell candidates between recruiters — your work is protected.

10. What industries can I recruit for?

You can recruit for CDL drivers (Class A, Class B), HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, construction workers, warehouse staff, and other skilled trades positions.

11. Do I need special software or tools to recruit?

No. We provide a recruiter dashboard, flyer templates, training guides, and access to a candidate database — but you’re free to use any tools that work best for you. You do not need to purchase software.

Yes — most employers we work with hire in multiple states. You can recruit anywhere as long as the employer has openings and the candidate meets requirements.
